Chemistry Competition
Published 14/12/23Thank you to everyone who supported our pupils' involvement in yesterday's Chemistry competition in Swansea University.
They were simply amazing! Although they didn't place 1st or 2nd overall out of 58 teams to compete in the final, they were complemented by many staff and undergraduate students on their laboratory skills and teamwork. During the Kahoot quiz section of the competition against 28 other teams, all 8 students appeared on the top 5 leaderboard during their quiz. All finished within the top 11 for their age category. A special mention to Alicia Wong who placed 2nd.
Our pupils did Team AMG proud and were awarded certificates from Swansea University and the Royal Society of Chemistry for their participation.
Students: Alicia Wong, Sophie Nguyen, Chloe Roberts, Daniel Pauly, Mia Kulichova, Lexie Bassett, Abel Jojo and Eryk Szarek.
