A great evening was had by many students, performing and taking part in our Easter Music Concert.

The school choir joined with the police force cadets and academy to remember and honour all those involved in the holocaust. What a pleasure to be involved in the local community and be reflective together.

As we come to the end of term, the school celebrates Mass together. However with the carols, crackers and chocolates this year we had a special guest in the form of Archbishop Mark O'Toole. 

Thank you to everyone who supported our pupils' involvement in yesterday's Chemistry competition in Swansea University. 

 

They were simply amazing! Although they didn't place 1^st or 2^nd overall out of 58 teams to compete in the final, they were complemented by many staff and undergraduate students on their laboratory skills and teamwork. During the Kahoot quiz section of the competition against 28 other teams, all 8 students appeared on the top 5 leaderboard during their quiz. All finished within the top 11 for their age category. A special mention to Alicia Wong who placed 2^nd.

 

Our pupils did Team AMG proud and were awarded certificates from Swansea University and the Royal Society of Chemistry for their participation.
