SIMS Parent App

The new, free to download mobile app is ideal for parents and carers to keep up to date with everything taking place at the school. Online access for parents to information about your children's education was an obvious route for us to take to boost the opportunity for parental engagement and making the first steps moving towards paperless parent contact.

The app is available on both Apple and Android formats and has some great features. Most importantly allowing your phone to accept the push notifications will allow the school to contact you in real-time, making important communication so much easier and quicker than any other methods.

The app will also have the following features:

• Push notifications / Alerts
• Your child's timetable
• Progress reports in each subject with latest and historical test scores
• Up to date attendance data for your child(ren)
• News Feed, so you can view information specific to your child’s year group
• Calendar and Events
• Online Forms
• Letters

A letter containing download and login information has been sent home.
